In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the hau88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Residency: The hau88 platform is principally designed for members resident in Indonesia. You confirm that your use of the platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. hau88 does not warrant that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the hau88 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of hau88 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your access to online gambling platforms.

To access the full range of hau88 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Information

You will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address or mobile number, and your date of birth. hau88 may request additional information at any stage as part of its KYC process, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by hau88 may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hau88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify hau88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. hau88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

hau88 conducts KYC verification in accordance with its anti-money-laundering policy. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, when a Member's cumulative deposits exceed defined thresholds, or at any time hau88 deems verification necessary. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals until the process is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting hau88 customer support. hau88 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without any obligation to return funds where a breach has been confirmed.

All financial transactions on the hau88 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hau88 supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Indonesian banks — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and Bank Permata — as well as the leading Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the hau88 cashier at the time of deposit. As a general reference, the minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 10.000.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). Delays outside this window may occur during Indonesian public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
• hau88 does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Member.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the hau88 Account.
• hau88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or pattern.
• Bonus Credits that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of those bonus credits.
• hau88 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into Account activity.

hau88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfillment of a Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and slots may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely.

• Modification and Cancellation: hau88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Members who have already validly claimed a bonus are not materially prejudiced.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the hau88 platform across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, and online slots. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or market interface.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hau88 offers pre-match and live in-play markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other major competitions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hau88 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Member Account, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Chargebacks — initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit that was validly received by hau88 and consumed in wagering activity. Any Member initiating a fraudulent chargeback will have their Account suspended and the matter pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Where hau88's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hau88 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which hau88 holds its international operating licence. The platform is operated and managed for the Indonesia market, and its primary membership base consists of individuals resident in Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute between hau88 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not produce a resolution within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. hau88's decision on all matters relating to betting outcomes, game results, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
